So how’s the market in Kirkwood?
AMAZING doesn’t even begin to describe what’s happening in the Kirkwood Atlanta real estate market!
In Q2 (April-June) of this year, home sales in Kirkwood skyrocketed, as did the average sales price – we are up 10% from the same time last year and almost double ($176,500 vs $335,500) from the bottom of the market in 2012.
If that’s not enough, 42% of the homes sold at 100% or more and 44% sold in less than 2 weeks.
On average, homes are selling at 99.4% of the asking price.
